Pursuant to the CC&R’s and By-Laws, Board members are elected for two-year terms. Board members must abide by requirements set forth in the Fiduciary Duty Resolution which contains a pledge to undertake the duties of office plus an NRS Required Statement as an Elected Director. Candidates will be presented before the election at a Meet the Candidates Night. Mail-in ballots and candidate statements will be mailed to Homeowners. Those ballots will be counted in January at the annual meeting, at which time the new board members will be immediately seated on the board. The Board appoints the officers as well as the ACC and other committee chairs, who in turn appoint their committee members.
